Kiki's Journey to The Mailbox

I was taking pictures of the dolls, and when I was done, Peaches and Josie were talking about nature, and Kiki got really bored. So she took it upon herself to do something fun.

 

She thought climbing the mailbox was the best thing to do to keep her entertained. This is gonna take hours just to get there, she thought.

She fell, and got pretty hurt. But what made her happy was this cute praying mantis. It was green and small and adorable!

Teleport

Kiki and Josie were just taking a walk, and then one of them - I can't remember which one - spotted a map! Kiki snatched it and read it. Instantly, they were teleported to a strange place unknown to them.

   "I think we should make fire or build a hut or something," Josie suggested.
   "I think it's better to be in a tree than to be in a hut," Kiki argued. "A hut will just collapse, and a tree will stay sturdy."
   "But neither of us can climb a tree," Josie said.
   "Speak for yourself," Kiki mocked, then grabbed onto a twig and pulled herself up.

   "Okay, but what if you roll over in your sleep?" Josie asked.
   "Then I'll fall out and get back up," Kiki said.
   "It's still dangerous," Josie said.
   "I'm like a foot up," Kiki said, doubting the danger.
   "But you're only a foot tall!" Josie said. She knew that there was no winning a fight against Kiki, so she grabbed onto a branch and lifted herself.

That night, they both pretended to be asleep, though neither of them could accomplish that. Josie had thoughts of asking Kiki to stay up with her, but she wasn't that rude.
   They both eventually fell asleep.

They woke up on the couch, near where they found the map. Was it all a dream?

Josie's Hiking!

Today,  Josie went hiking for the first time.

Peaches and Kiki have both hiked before,  but Josie never has.  We were camping for months,  so that's kinda like a hike everyday,  but she has never actually been on a hiking trail before today.

I had to pack her up pretty good.  Blankets over and under her for protection,  mostly.  I also brought a brush and ponytails for her and the camera.

When we were there,  she got to get out a few times,  but mainly she was in the bag relaxing.  She said the fresh air was nice.

It was the perfect temperature.  It was chilly but sunny.

Josie loves to be in nature,  so she was so glad she went.

After the hiking,  we went to an ice-cream place called Sub Zero.

Wild Gnomes

So here is Peaches enjoying her day on a comfy rock. So peaceful.
Then, Peaches saw a wild Gnome in the distance.

...It was coming closer...
Then, it started to climb the comfy rock that Peaches was on.  Peaches was so scared.

Then, another comes from the distance and joins the first.  Oh no!

The wild Gnomes were at the top of the rock now!

Peaches was so happy to find out that they were nice wild Gnomes. Hooray!

Peaches decided to climb a rock. Though it was a short rock, it took a while for her to get up.

Here's her at the bottom:

 

 She climbed up a bit. She fell a bit too.

Then she climbed up a bit more.  She got stuck a bit too.

She got to the near top part!

She enjoyed walking along the top.  There were lots of plant life up there.

Yay! She made it to the top!!!

Adventure on the beach!

An adventure on the beach with Peaches, Kiki and Josie!

Peaches, Kiki and Josie were sitting in the car, bored.

Josie: "We should explore"

Kiki: "We should go on an adventure! We could go to places we haven't been before!"

Peaches: "Sure, why not"

Kiki: "YAY!"

Josie "Where to?"

Kiki: "The stream!"


And with that, the girls were headed to their newest adventure.

Peaches and Josie liked sitting on rocks and watch the stream.  Kiki liked to climb rocks (especially the ones that would move and shake when she walked on them).

It started to get windy....
Kiki started to shiver....
Then, all of a sudden, Kiki's hat flew off!

It flew to a rock.

So far away....

So Kiki walked...

And walked...

And walked...

And then finally got to the rock where her hat was!  She got it back and all was happy again.
