Road Trip

Josie and I went on a road trip yesterday! It was only a day long. The drive to the place was a couple of hours as well as the drive back. Down below are pictures of her luggage. She brought:

  • Her travel journal that she shares with Kiki,
  • Two extra dresses,
  • And sleeves, because it's cold outside.
A blanket didn't fit in her suitcase, so I didn't bring it.

This is a picture of her before we left. You can just see the excitement on her face!
Here are some things I did to keep her safe:

  • I put her hair in ponytails,
  • I wrapped this towel around her head so it didn't get scratched,
  • I didn't bring any blue or black clothes because it'll stain her if it's on too long or in the sun.

Josie was sitting on my lap most of the trip. Here is her peering out the window. I love this picture.

Josie, my family, a family friend and I went to a rather lame parade and saw fireworks! Now all my Blythes have seen them! They were so pretty and nice, and Josie loved them all! She said it was sad, though, because it's bad for the world.

Bye!

It has pockets!!! I really love this. It looks a little like a meadow. I love it.

Bye, dear reader.

Josie's Butterfly Dress

Hello! I sewed this dress yesterday but finished it today. The things I had to do were just sew the sleeves on. I think it's cool, the sleeves.

Bye bye!

Professional Dress!

I made this dress today, and I love it! It's the most professional dress I've ever made for Blythe! It has white lining on the inside (only the top) and there's no fraying edges and it's gonna close with two snaps at the back - something I love - and I just love it!

It's a little tight, but it fits! Josie was the dress fashion model this time.

Before the bottom part was sewn on.

Bye to all!

Reversable Sleeves

Greetings!

These are the sleeves I was telling you about last post. I love both sides! Peaches loves both sides too. I love the butterflies on it. I love how you can use scraps of fabric. I love how I have some fabric that I love, but it's only scraps, and I get to sew something pretty with it instead of throwing it out, you know?

Love,
Love,

Blue Sleeves!

Hello!

One of my favorite things for Blythe to wear are sleeves. I love sleeves. I have knitted and sewed sleeves before, and I just love them! This one closes at the front with a button. I knitted most of it, but there are crochet parts on it.
I knitted this one in particular with yarn I got for Christmas! It chances to different shades of blue and, sometimes, white. This one is my favorite of the knitted and crocheted sleeves so far.

I did that one yesterday, and I sewed one today that I'll post about soon! I sewed it after the sun went down, so the lighting would be terrible if I took the picture now, so I'm gonna wait.
I'm also working on another knitted and crocheted one.

Bye!

Have a nice day to you all!

Etsy Order #4 - MINIJIJO Dress Arrival!

Hi! I just got another MINIJIJO dress that I got with some of my Christmas money! I love it! It's more green and pink looking in person than in the pictures. It's really, really, really pretty, and it's got ruffles at the bottom and it's just so cute!
Peaches and Josie are already in good clothing right now, and ready for some photo shoots, but Kiki wanted to change and she really wanted to try on the new dress (when does she not?) and she tried on the last MINIJIJO dress too.

I really love the dress! :D

Hill - Kiki's Art

It's been a while since Kiki has drawn, so I let her do it. It's been a while since she did anything, and she's been bored out of her little mind.

She calls it "Hill" because it's of a hill. It only used three pencils.

Josie: "I love it."

Kiki: "Thank you! You're so much nicer than Peaches as at this!"
